  • Event Information: Event titles, venues, dates, and repertoire data
  • Guest Book Entries: Display name, rating, message text, and email address (with optional anonymization)
  • Tip Messages: Text content submitted alongside tips
  • Song Request Messages: Text content submitted with song requests
  • Poll Responses: Selections, text responses, and upvotes in audience polls
  • Venue Ratings: Thumbs up/down ratings and optional comments
  • Page Builder Content: Custom content blocks for artist landing pages
  • Push Notification Preferences: Subscription endpoint and authentication keys for browser notifications
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us
  • Referral Information: Referral codes used during signup and the resulting referral relationships between artists
  • Promotional Codes: Promo codes entered during signup or in your dashboard

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device Fingerprinting: Browser and device characteristics used for spam detection and content moderation
  • Usage Information: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction data

  • Event Analytics: Audience counts, reaction data, tip amounts, and engagement metrics

  • Event Attendance: Join and leave timestamps for live event sessions

  • Generate venue-artist matching recommendations
  • Process scheduled background tasks (analytics computation, payout processing, onboarding reminders, milestone tracking)
  • Deliver push notifications you have opted into
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
  • Maintain admin audit trails for platform integrity and compliance
  • Track advertising conversions through Google Ads
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
  • Communicate about updates, promotions, and new features (with your consent)
  • Track and apply promotional benefits, including calculating fee discounts and tracking usage
  • Manage referral relationships and award referral bonuses when milestones are met

4.2 Public Information

Artist and venue profiles, including name, bio, profile images, and social links, are publicly visible. Event information may be visible to anyone with the event QR code or URL.

4.3 Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and financial services
  • Cloud Providers: Data hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, etc.)
  • Google: Analytics (GA4) and advertising conversion measurement
  • Printful: Merchandise fulfillment (shipping address, order details)
  • Communication Services: Email delivery and notifications
  • Web Push Services: Browser notification delivery
  • AI Service Providers: Content moderation and screening, as described in our AI Usage Policy

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.5 Business Transfers

4.6 Venue-Artist Data Sharing

When an artist links an event to a venue, the venue operator can view aggregate engagement data from that event, such as visitor count, reaction volume, and tip volume. Venues see aggregate performer analytics and do not receive individual visitor data. Artists can control which events are linked to venues.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5.1 Cookies We Use

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and core functionality
  • Visitor Identification: Long-lived cookies to identify returning visitors (for artist analytics)
  • Preferences: Remembering your settings and preferences
  • Analytics: Understanding how you use our Service
  • Google Analytics: Cookies used for usage analysis and advertising conversion measurement
  • Promotional: Short-lived cookies to track referral and promo codes across the signup flow, ensuring codes entered via URL parameters persist through registration

  • Push Notification: Subscription data stored in the browser for notification delivery

5.2 Visitor Tracking

To help Artists understand their audience, we use persistent cookies to identify returning visitors. This allows Artists to see aggregate data about audience engagement across events. Visitor cookies do not contain personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.

5.3 Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through settings. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Service. Please refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions on managing cookies.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure authentication mechanisms and session management
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data

12. AI and Automated Processing

We use AI and automated tools for content moderation and platform integrity. Text content submitted through guest book entries, tip messages, song request messages, and poll responses may be processed by third-party AI services for safety screening.
